Take one minute to stand (if you are able to) and shake your whole body. You might shake vigorously, waking up every cell, or you might give a slow, gentle shake. Either way, shake every fiber of your body! After one minute, take a few deep breaths and notice how you feel.
Shaking is an ancient technqiue that is catching on in the health field. It can release tension and trauma in the body, decrease pain, and increase circulation.
