Remember the space between.


This is in some way my favorite space that I offer - yet it’s hard to put into words. You might say it’s a base for everything else I do. It’s about coming home to our embodied being, held within Nature, together. It’s what allows us to become embodied - it’s what allows us to perceive the subtle stories we carry and also the power of weaving new stories - it’s what allows us to learn to meet conflict in the wide, open space - even in our contraction - and it’s what calls upon Presence.

And it’s also the Awe and Wonder of the small, the simple, the subtle!

With stillness, movement, and witnessing, we dive into the space of EarthAwake, where Nature comes alive within and around us. A re-set and re-alignment at the end of the week.
