An Earth Touch is Earth touching You, and You touching Earth. It is a space for you listen more deeply to yourself and to Nature. Whether you are holding a life question, in transition, or simply want to deepen your mind-body connection, these sessions invite you.

Through the Earth of Movement, we Dance our Dreams into reality. We learn to move in new ways, to adapt, to move from our Center. We align our actions with our deeper Truth.

Fire of Pleasure

Through the Fire of Pleasure, we dare to feel. We wake up to the Life Force that lives inside of us. We remember how to nourish our Body-Mind with the Gratitude of Touch.

Spirit of Awareness
Spirit of Awareness

Through the Spirit of Awareness, we understand ourselves as the Sacred Self interconnected to all Life, to the entire cosmos. We remember the profound Joy of being alive. This Joy is big enough to hold it all and to let it all go - the inhale and exhale, the sound and silence, the movement and stillness, the pleasure and pain.

Pricing: 2 hour session, CHF 50.- to 150.- (sliding scale)
