Water trickles down the curve of your back. A sun-warmed stone is placed upon your belly. Bird song envelops you as a touch sweeps across your forehead. You can feel your roots again…
Come awaken the Earth of your Body! An Earth Touch is a gift of honoring touch using natural elements and frequency. My intention is to honor you as an altar of Life, part of a living Earth.
The idea was born organically (of course!) from my own embodied explorations in nature. Ideally, the sessions take place outdoors in a natural setting.
